At Align Force Consulting, we want you to be confident in the value of your investment. We aim to deliver high-quality professional development experiences and customer satisfaction with every program, workshop, and service.
1. Workshops, Webinars, and Training Programs
If you register for a paid event and can no longer attend, you may:

Request a full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the event date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but we’re happy to apply your payment as credit toward a future program or session.
2. Consulting Services
For consulting engagements, refunds are not typically issued once work has begun, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project. If you need to reschedule or modify your engagement, please contact us—we’ll make every effort to accommodate changes fairly.
3. Digital Products and Materials
All sales of downloadable or digital resources (such as guides, workbooks, or recordings) are final due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
4. Event Cancellations by Align Force Consulting
If we must cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll be given the choice to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. We’ll notify registered participants as soon as possible.
5. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
To request a refund, transfer, or credit, please contact us at alignforces@gmail.com with your name and event details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
